A problem with so many lofts is that the open floorplan doesn't create much privacy or layering of experience. Kanbayashi design was hired to help solve this condition to create a real master suite, featuring partitions and doors, and other elements made off site. The bathroom remodel is a balance of ipe wood , stone, bright fixtures, custom brushed aluminum glass partitions, and a milled corian door and lock.
