F10 Creative hospitality group came to Kanbayashi Design Studios with a 12,000 square foot property known as Lyon's English Grille, founded in 1945. We reimagined the space to meld elements of Old Palm Springs, Classic Hollywood, Midcentury Modern, and Contemporary to create a whole new look and feel with traces of history. The product is a contemporary steakhouse with the main dining space The Salon with the adjacent Lounge, a speakeasy bar Seymours, an indoor outdoor dining and event space The Conservatory. This large project is a work in progress, with details, art, and character added as the life of the steakhouse continues to grow.
